6. Prices and product availability.

Time limit:
A year after buying the ticket.
Cancellation Policy:
If your flight is suspended due to weather, a new reservation will be made, at no cost to the passenger.
For the passenger, if this occurs in within less than 48 hours of the flight and if the passenger does not show at the time of the flight or if intoxicated, no refund will be dispensed.
Decision whether or not to perform the flight:
The decision to perform or not perform the flight is the sole decision of the pilot, who will take into account the weather conditions: stability, wind (10 knots max) and the warming of the ground. It will also determine the duration and time of departure. The approximate flying time is 60 minutes, but the flight shall be deemed made if the balloon, after being in the air at least 30 minutes, must land for safety reasons (weather, inappropriate course,...) .
Insurance:
The passenger acknowledges and accepts payment for the passage, the coverage in the aviation insurance policy contract, which is mandatory, according to the Air Navigation Act of July 21, 1960 , RD 2333/83 of August 4th, complementary and supplementary provisions.
Delivery passage:
This ticket should be delivered, SIGNED, to the pilot, before entering the vehicle. Otherwise the passenger will forfeit the flight and will lose the right to any financial claim.
9. Cancellations.
Our ultimate goal is the satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, we want to ensure that the services that you have hired from our company always match your expectations.
If not, you have 7 days to cancel the service. Simply send us an email at reservas@globo.info indicating Name, Address, Phone Number, or Tax ID and the contracted service you wish to return. You can also call 952 96 25 97 or 649 65 00 65. We will contact you to return of the amount of the service.
